£100 million-plus possible Chelsea signing ‘will have no problem adapting to life at Stamford Bridge’ board told
Former Chelsea man Tore Andre Flo believes Erling Haaland would have “no problem” adapting to life at Stamford Bridge.
Haaland is one of the most talked about players in world football and a player that Chelsea really want to sign this transfer window, but his massive £100 million-plus price tag has been causing real issues.
However, it is still believed that Chelsea are prepared to pay big money to get a deal done, while also paying him that £300,000-a-week wages that he reportedly wants
The Blues should be able to raise at least half the funds they need to sign Erling Haaland by selling a number of first team players this transfer window, as Thomas Tuchel knows he will not win the Premier League title unless he improves.
Now, amid the speculation that a record-breaking offer is coming from Chelsea, Andre Flo believes Erling Haaland would have “no problem” adapting to life at Stamford Bridge if he did make the move to London
“I don’t think he would have much problem adapting to English football,” Flo told bookmakers.co.uk.
“The culture over in England is quite similar and the way of living for someone coming from Norway would be quite easy, or at least it was for me.
“We all already speak the language quite well, so there should be no problem there.”
There has been so much said about the possible arrival of Haaland to Chelsea, but all we know is that if he does make a move to the Bridge, it could be the best deal of this summer
Yes he would cost big money and yes he is coming from the Bundesliga, but the man is already one of the very best strikers in world football, and at a club like Chelsea, in the Premier League, his game could reach another level
