ARSENAL target Joao Paulinha is good enough to make the step up to the next level, says Dimitar Berbatov.

Now – amid all the speculation that they are interested in the Fulham man – Berbatov has opened up and claimed that Paulimha is good enough to make that step up to the next level – Berbatov told Betfred:
“Yes, he certainly has the quality to do so.
“He has everything that a holding midfielder needs. He’s not afraid of challenges, he can pass, he’s great at spraying a diagonal ball and switching the play. He’s also capable of scoring goals too.
“If a team like Manchester United, or a team of a similar calibre, comes for him, then he’s going to think it’s time for the next step and to win trophies.
“He can’t believe that all the hard work is done after one season because remaining consistent is going to benefit his career a lot more. He is good enough to play for Manchester United at the moment.”

Paulinha has had a brilliant season for Fulham there is no doubt about that guys – and he certainly needs to make a bigger move in order to test himself at the highest level of the game.
But should he really join a side like ARSENAL – who have a ton of midfielders that would keep him out the squad – and sitting on the bench? It may not be the best thing for his career.
Saka update –
Fabrizio Romano has given ARSENAL fans a massive update on the new contract of Bukayo Saka.
Over the last couple of seasons – Saka has developed into one of the best attackers in the Premier League and a talent that is tipped to become one of the very best wingers in the game.
His goals and assists this season are one big reason why Arsenal are sitting top of the Premier League and playing some of the best football that Gunners fans have been wanting to see for seasons.
However – there has been alot of speculation about his long-term future at the Emirates as there has not been any news on the contract that Arsenal are so desperate to sign him upto.
However – After seeing Saka again impress against Crystal Palace at the weekend – Romano has claimed that Saka has agreed a new contract at the Emirates and it is just upto the club to make the announcement.
The transfer guru wrote on CaughtOffside’s substack newsletter: “Unsurprisingly, Arsenal fans keep asking me about his contract! An official announcement depends on the Arsenal media team, but the verbal agreement has been reached weeks ago.
“Saka has accepted, the new deal is ready so it’s up to the club to meet and sign the documents once final small details are sorted. But rest assured, Saka will extend.”

Balogun reveals Arsenal dream –
Flo Balogun is determined to show ARSENAL that he is no flash in the pan after taking French football by storm.
It was his failure to get a minute of action during the Gunners’ summer tour to the USA which convinced the ambitious England Under-21 international to prove himself on the other side of the Channel.
And the 21-year-old striker is currently challenging Kylian Mbappe for Ligue 1’s Golden Boot after joining unfancied Stade de Reims on loan for the season, with the French superstar and Lille’s Canadian World Cup star Jonathan David have currently scored more than Balogun’s 17 goals in the French League this season.
Now, the young man has opened up and admitted that he is keen to show Arsenal that he is no flash in the pan, and that he still has dreams to one day break into that Gunners first team – He says:

“No one would have expected this when I first came to Reims, but to be in this position now is amazing and I need to continue it.
“The more you achieve certain things, the more questions you face. Is it something I can do regularly or is it a fluke?
“So I’m pretty focused and determined to show people that this is not a blip and that scoring goals is something I can do consistently.
“A lot of people might forget that I’m still an Arsenal player but it’s still one of my dreams to play in their first team.”

Balogun has shown that he is ready to lead the attack for a big club and there are some massive sides interested in the lad – it will be interesting to see just what ARSENAL do with Balogun as he will not be keen on returning to the Emirates to sit on the bench.
