£60m midfielder to replace Jorginho, Tuchel to get Chelsea sack, fans react to possible £100m Chelsea signing Ziyech demands meeting ahead of Chelsea exit

Grealish to replace Jorginho? Tuchel to get the Chelsea sack, Haaland for £100 million and Ziyech looking for Chelsea exit in Chelsea roundup…

Hakim Ziyech is reportedly keen to meet with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia, with rumours beginning to surface about his immediate future at the club.

Ziyech was signed by former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard for a small £34 million fee after establishing himself as one of the most creative and exciting wingers in world football right now.

However, after impressing in pre-season, Ziyech picked up an injury in pre-season which saw him miss the opening weeks of the season, and The 27-year-old has played just 634 minutes in the league, registering one goal and three assists.

Ziyech was in and out of the lineup under Frank Lampard, but has fallen down the pecking order since he was replaced by Thomas Tuchel, and the German boss admitted earlier in the week that Ziyech would need to adapt to the Premier League, after playing in the less intense Eredivisie.

“He’s had a good week in training and we count on Hakim like everybody else, there are absolutely no doubts about that,” Tuchel said.

“We [previously] made decisions on other players – not against him – and tomorrow he will have the chance to show the same quality that he shows in training, the same determination.

“For me, it’s clear he needs to adapt to this kind of football, this kind of league.

“He’s come from a strong Ajax squad but they were the benchmark in the league. And it’s not the same intensity and it’s not the same competition as it is here.

“But he’s adapting, and he has the certain quality to decide matches and the certain quality to do the unexpected, which can give us an extra twist in any game and on any level.

“He proved that with Ajax and of course we want to push him to the same level of performance that he showed there, and this is our job.”

Now reports on the DAILY EXPRESS website has come out and claimed that Ziyech has demanded a meeting with Granovskaia about his future at the club, ahead of a possible transfer exit in the summer.

He’s come from a strong Ajax squad but they were the benchmark in the league.

Fans have reacted to the reports that Erling Haaland is on the shopping list for Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.

Ex-Boss Frank Lampard managed to bring the highly-exciting Timo Werner to the club last summer to bolster his attack, but despite all the hype that the German brought to the club, he has failed to make the impact that many had hoped.

In fact he has struggled so much in front of goal that Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud were preferred up top by Lampard, who got the sack earlier this season and replaced by the impressive Tuchel.

However, there are many reports in the media that Tuchel is looking to sign a striker in the summer window, and he has set his sights on trying to secure some kind of deal for Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund.

Haaland is already one of the most deadly strikers in World football, has again broke the 20-goal barrier already this season and is a man that is destined to become one of the best forwards in world football, maybe ever.

He is valued at £66 million and although Dortmund do not want to sell, they know that Haaland has a desire to play in the Premier League or La Liga, meaning that if the right club comes calling, he may push for a move away.

And amid the speculation, fans have taken to Social Media platform Reddit to voice their opinion on whether or not the powerhouse could make the move to the Bridge.

One fan said: ‘Honestly, I think he’s that good that any club that doesn’t get goals out of him don’t deserve to land him.

‘He’s so clinical, and his movement is so difficult to defend against that he’s able to score against any team. He’d be great for us, as we’ve missed a ton of chances, but not sure he’ll think we are the best environment for him unfortunately.

Another added: “If City are seriously in for him he will go there, pep , poss Messi, and prob EPL champs add to that his dad was at city. Tommy at Chelsea is a draw but not enough, I fear and that assumes we get top 4 KTBFFH”

Another got involved and said: “He’s fantastic but we won’t sign him.

“Also there’s that Chelsea risk of signing him and Him not hitting a barn door”

And one fan simply said: “YES'”

Rio Ferdinand believes Chelsea could SACK Thomas Tuchel if he fails to guide the Blues to Champions League qualification this season.

After Frank Lampard failed to get the club the results that Roman Abramovic demanded, the Russian owner made the big decision to get rid of the club legend and bring in former PSG boss Tuchel.

The German former Borussia Dortmund and PSG manager has enjoyed a solid start to life in west London, drawing his debut match and winning the following four fixtures, and This positive run of results has seen Chelsea book their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals, and also move to within one point of the top four.

Tuchel is now dreaming of Champions League football next season, but if he fails to get back inside those top four spots, Ferdinand has claimed that Tuchel could get the sack by the end of the season: “I think there is just a bit too much to do, maybe,” said Ferdinand as he discussed Chelsea’s fifth-placed finish on TalkSport.

“Leicester are still a fairly consistent team, and I think the other teams will be able to stay ahead of them.

“Listen, I do think [Tuchel] will get it right there – I like him as a manager and the players have taken to him immediately – but I think there’s a little bit to do to get in there.

Fellow pundit Robbie Savage then asked: “If they don’t [qualify for the Champions League], has he failed?”

And Ferdinand replied: “He could get the sack!”

“The remit, 100 per cent, is Champions League football – at a minimum.

“If he doesn’t get in there, you never know with the way that regime is run, he could get the sack!” – Rio

with the news that Jorginho may be open to the idea of leaving Chelsea in the summer to sign with Napoli, Thomas Tuchel may now need to look for a replacement.

Reports claim that Napoli supremo Aurelio De Laurentiis is unhappy with the team’s performances and has already approached Maurizio Sarri about the possibility of replacing under-fire head coach Gennaro Gattuso.

And that has led to strong reports in the media which have claimed that Sarri would look to raid Chelsea and try to acquire the services of Jorginho, a move that his agent has failed to rule out

“Football is dynamic and nothing can be ruled out,” Santos told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli. “If Sarri returns to Napoli, he would make an attempt to bring Jorginho back. He is perfect for his football. I can’t rule it out.

“He has two years left on his contract and is a regular starter for Italy. However, with a good project, he would be open to coming back.”

And if the midfielder does decide to pack his bags in the summer window, then Tuchel will need to backing of the board to go out and buy an adequete replacement for the Italian midfielder, AND WE BELIEVE THHAT GREALISH COULD BE THE ANSWER.

Haven proven himself in the Premier League over the past few seasons, Grealish is now ready for that next step in the game and play for one of the Premier League’s biggest clubs.

He has speed, is great on the ball, can play that killer pass but has the ability to track back and do the dirty side of the game, something that Jorginho has been lacking throughout his time at Chelsea.

He would cost just £60 million to acquire, but at the end of the day, he is still young enough to make that fee look like a very good investment.

So if Jorginho does decide to leave the club at the end of the season, then we believe that Grealish is the idea player to get signed.
