Headline taking midfielder has told his Friends: Chelsea move is the priority

Declan Rice has reportedly told his friends that a move to Chelsea would be his future priority.

It is no secret in the media that Frank Lampard is a massive admirer of the Englishman, would love to add him to the squad and is lining up a transfer move to try and get a deal done either this month, or at the end of the season.

But they are not the only club interested in a potential deal for the midfielder, as reports in the media have also suggested that Manchester United are another club that are keen to try and get a deal done.

But And according to The Mirror, the Blues have been handed a boost with Rice favouring a stay in the capital despite the admirable links to United, as the reports goes on to say that he has told friends that a move to Chelsea would be a priority.

Rice to Chelsea is a move that has been talked about alot over the past few months, and rightly so, he has been brilliant this season and is now ready to play for a big club like the Blues.

However, saying that. Dont Chelsea fans thing that if the club really wanted the player, they would have got a deal done, made some kind of move? They have proved in the past few windows that they are not afraid to spend the money, so they wouldnt be with Rice.

He will come onto that transfer market soon, Chelsea will make a move, but so will United. And when that happens, he will need to make the right choice about his next move, it could make or break the lads career
