£80M star told he can join Chelsea – Blues submit offer for £40M man – Chelsea free to sign £50M winger

Fofana free to sign with Chelsea – Blues free to sign Neto – Chelsea submit offer for Ivan Toney in Chelsea news of the day –

Chelsea have now reportedly submitted an offer to sign Brentford Striker Ivan Toney this summer

Chelsea opted to let Romelu Lukaku leave the club and head back to Italian football for the next 12 months – with many believing that he will not be returning from Inter Milan next summer

The Blues then decided that Timo Werner would also be allowed to depart the club and after a few weeks of talks – the German star opted to make the move back to the Bundesliga with RB Leipzig

ChelseaFC have so many attacking options – but they do not have that forward that will hold the ball up – that will win things in the air – that will offer the attack something different – and that is why Toney has been linked with the club

Brentford have slapped a £40million price tag on their star man this summer knowing that all the big clubs are eyeing up a potential deal – especially as many believe he would be a 20-goal a season hitman if he made the step up

Earlier reports on The Mirror says that Chelsea have made contact with Brentford regarding a possible deal for Toney

Now it has been claimed that ChelseaFC have actually submitted an offer for Toney worth around the £40 million mark – the same money that Brentford are looking for

Toney had a very good season for Brentford last season and really proved that he is ready to play for one of the big clubs in the Premier League

If ChelseaFC manages to sign the player over the next few seasons – he is the perfect player for the side and a star that could become the next Didier Drogba

£40 million would be a real bargain for the man that is for sure

Leicester City appear to have finally relented and are now willing to sell Wesley Fofana to Chelsea.

The young Frenchman is regarded as one of the best young talents in the Premier League and is making all the right noises over at Leicester City – who are very eager to keep hold of the player

It has been claimed in recent days that Fofana has agreed a £200,000-a-week move to Stamford Bridge – but has not been able to complete his move because Leicester are not willing to let him leave for anything less than his asking price of £85M

The 21-year-old was left out of the squad that lost 2-1 to the Saints on Saturday with Brendan Rodgers admitting he wasn’t in the “right frame of mind” – and it has been claimed the French centre-back has informed the Foxes of his desire to depart amid interest from ChelseaFC.

Now – according to CBS Sports reporter Ben Jacobs – the Foxes have softened their stance following a series of meetings between the player and manager Brenden Rodgers.

However, Leicester still wants to recoup a large transfer fee for the 21-year-old defender and require a significant amount up front in order to reinforce their squad before the close of the window.

ChelseaFC are now thought to be preparing a structured offer that could eventually rise to around the £80m mark.

Fofana would be a good arrival – but not for the money that is being talked about – he may not even be a regular starter at the club

We cant believe that Chelsea are so keen to pay that amount of money for the player – he really is not worth it, and Leicester will be rubbing their hands at the money they could get

Wolves will consider selling Pedro Neto if they receive a suitable offer this month. -which has opened the door for West Ham to make their move

Thomas Tuchel has been able to spend some serious money this transfer window on signings that have already made a huge impact at Stamford Bridge- and his side now look like real top four contenders

However – that will not stop him from trying to get a few more players to the club by the end of the transfer window – and now Neto is on the shopping list of the German

Neto is one of the top young talents in the Premier League and a player that all the big clubs were ready to make a move for – before he picked up that serious injury that kept him out for most of last season

However – he is almost back to his best and has looked very good in pre-season and the start of the new season – so much so – that Tuchel is reportedly ready to splash £50 million and try to conclude a transfer deal

And according to various reports, the winger “could be available at the right price.”

News of Wolves’ apparent willingness to cash in on the Portugal international could be music to the Gunners’ ears – as The Londoners are said to have a long-term interest in signing the 22-year-old, with reports claiming manager Tuchel is a big fan of his attacking flair

Neto is Premier League proven – is a brilliant talent and is definitely worth that £50 million price tag – so he would be a great signing for ChelseaFC if they manage to get a deal done

He would bring something different to that side – and that is what Tuchel wants – so if there is a chance to get the man – the board should make sure that it gets done
