Arsenal fans told if absolute superstar will make move to Emirates –
Gabby Agbonlahor has claimed ARSENAL have no chance of signing wantaway Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe has announced he will not be extending his stay at Paris Saint-Germain beyond next summer, Despite the insistence of his happiness in Paris, the confirmation of his non-renewal has prompted widespread reports of his exit.
Real Madrid, Chelsea and Liverpool were the front runners to sign the French World Cup winner before he renewed at PSG, and have retained an interest.
However – there has been some reports in the media that Mbappe would be very much open to making a move to the Emirates and working under Mikel Arteta
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID –
With a potential summer move on the cards, Agbonlahor has insisted Arsenal do not have a chance to sign the Frenchman.
“Not even Thierry Henry could help get that one over the line,” he told Football Insider.
“I feel that Mbappe is the player that has got his heart and soul set on Real Madrid.”
“He will look at it and think I can have a good 10 years at Real Madrid and score two or three hundred goals.
“That’s the club he’s got his mind set on. Real Madrid may have even said to him: ‘See your contract out, get down to a free transfer and we can give you a million pounds a week’.
“That would also allow Real Madrid to give him £50million or £60million to sign with the club.
“I think Real Madrid is his only destination. I can picture him doing 10 years in Spain, then possibly moving to the middle east.”
WOULD ARSENAL FANS WANT MBAPPE SIGNED –
Any team in the world would love to have Mbappe in the side – he is already a proven winner.
But for the kind of money that is being talked about and all the off-field drama that would come along with the Frenchman – he may not be worth it now
