Agent OFFICIALLY tells Arsenal 66-goal star IS NOT leaving Europe – Gunners free to get deal done!
The agent of Victor Osimhen has opened the door for Chelsea to try and sign the forward after revealing that the Nigerian star will not be making a move to Asaudi Arabian football.
Osimhen has once again been all over the headlines for the Gunners as there is alot more talk that the big striker is wanted by the Gunners board and they are ready to pay big money in order to get a transfer deal.
He has an £110 million release clause that clubs do not want to pay – but it has been claimed in recent days that the Italian giants will allow clubs to sign Osimhen if £87 million is paid in the next few weeks.
And according to recent reports in Italy, ARSENAL have switched their focus to signing Osimhen and the Nigeria international is open to a move to a move to the Premier League.
Osimhen has scored 66 goals in 103 games in all competitions for Napoli over the last three seasons but hasn’t featured in any matchday squads at the start of the new campaign.
However, the Italian giants have not yet accepted Al Ahli’s proposal for Osimhen and his agent has now appeared to rule out a move to Saudi Arabia.
‘Osimhen is a Napoli player, with a contract recently renewed with mutual satisfaction,’ said Roberto Calenda, who represents Osimhen, on X
‘He made history and when there were major offers (also this year) we always accepted the club’s decisions.
‘As I said, he is not a package to be shipped far away to make room for new prophets.
‘Victor was elected African footballer of the year, eighth at the Ballon d’Or, (and) he still has so much to do in Europe.
‘There is need (for) respect and balance.’
