Dont be worried! Klopp sends Liverpool fans class message on new signing Alisson

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has every faith new goalkeeper Alisson Becker will make a seamless transition into the Premier League.

The Brazilian stopper arrives in the Premier League with a big reputation in the game after helping Roma become a dominant force again in Serie A and also the Champions League.

His performances and shot-stopping ability have made him one of the top ten goalkeepers in world football and he had been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid, who reportedly made a £70 million offer to try and acquire his services.

But the South American was won over by the prospect of working under Klopp at Anfield and decided to make the move to the Premier League, for a then world record fee of £62 million.

And Klopp believes Alisson has settled into life with the club will have no problem adapting to the pace and quality of the Premier League, having come from a League which is dominated by Juventus.

“Just be a goalkeeper. Be yourself, in this case, because he is very calm and laid back – and that helps,” the Liverpool boss said on the Sky Sports website

“It’s about making the right decisions in the right moments. It’s all good. He’s settled really quick, as if he’s been here longer than two weeks. That’s all fine.”

Liverpool needed to buy a top-quality stopper that would win them 15-20 points per season and also give the back-line some confidence, they have done that with the signing of Alisson.

The man is only 25-years old and has already proven that he ca play at the highest level, and do a pretty good job between the sticks.
