Striker announces Chelsea deal is done, (Video) £200m trio to follow Ziyech to Chelsea? Defender tells Lampard he wants to be at Chelsea, Willian drops London message

Guys here is a roundup of the latest Chelsea news, gossip and transfer talk from over the past 24 hours.

Ethan Ampadu is keen to resume his Chelsea career next season but only after helping RB Leipzig achieve their goals this campaign.

The Wales defender is on a season-long at the Bundesliga club from Stamford Bridge and after a defensive crisis has found himself finally getting some games, and he is really taking his chances over in the Bundesliga and putting in some very impressive performances.

He started in Leipzig’s 1-0 win at Tottenham in the Champions League last 16 first-leg clash – and once again, he was impressive against one of the best sides in the premier League and against a team that managed to make it all the way to the final last season.

Now he is looking to play some more games this season and has admitted that he is hoping to resume his career back at Stamford Bridge: He said on the Sun website: “I am always watching Chelsea and seeing what is going on. It is good to see the young players are shining at the moment.

“They are in the top four so fingers crossed they can hold on to that.

“I would like to go back, I aim to, but right now I am focused on Leipzig and finishing the season.”

Ampadu was part of the Leipzig defence that kept Spurs at bay and earned a clean sheet despite a couple of shaky moments in the first half.

“I have not played as much as I would have liked to but I am definitely learning in training and working hard,” he added.

“When this situation came of starting tonight I knew it was a good opportunity to show what I can do and I’d like to think I’ve done that.

“I just tried to play my game. I try to be composed and just try to play.”

Chelsea have completed a move for Tromso starlet Bryan Fiabema, and the starlet has taken to social media to announce his delight.

Lampard has overseen a dramatic change in youth policy since he took charge last summer, with a host of Chelsea’s academy stars graduating to become regulars in the senior squad

The likes of Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, Reece James and Fikayo Tomori are just a few of the young guns in Lampard’s side this season, and with so many talented players in the youth set-up, many talents around Europe have been keeping a very close eye believing that they could get a chance to shine under Lampard.

Norwegian forward Fiabema is the latest talent to put pen to paper and secure a move to Chelsea as the seventeen year old has signed on a three-and-a-half-year deal and he has also become their first post-transfer ban signing.

He posted on Instagram: “Very happy to have joined @chelseafc

“Thank you all for your support and a massive thanks to @tromsoil great club and people. Excited for the new chapter.”

Chelsea have already signed up Hakim Ziyech for the summer, but it seems that will not be stopping there.

Frank Lampaard will reportedly have a ton of money to spend on players that will help the side get back into the challenge for that Premier League title, and many Blues fans are excited to see just whom follows Ziyech into the club.

But with so much money to spend, we have picked out three players that will come in and change Chelsea from top four chasers, into Premier League contenders and it will only cost Lampard and his club around £200 million, which is well within their transfer budget.

Willian has once again told Chelsea that he is hoping to stay in London beyond the end of the season.

Chelsea surprised many in the media over the past few days by completing an early deal to bring Hakim Ziyech to the premier League next season for a small fee of £37 million, with many believing that he is the immediate replacement for the ageing Willian, who has been linked with a move away from the club.

There has been talk that he could be leaving at the end of the season as reports in the media have suggested that Chelsea may not be willing to offer him a new contract because of his age, and may be willing to let him leave the club on a free transfer, with the likes of Juventus and Barcelona eyeing up a possible deal

But despite his impending arrival in the summer, recent reports have claimed the transfer will not impact Willian, and that Chelsea and the stars representatives are still in talks to try and agree a deal that would allow him to stay at the club for the next few years, but there is still some doubt that he could leave the club.

However, after passing his British Citizenship test, Willian has once again admitted that he wants to stay in London, telling the Daily Mail: ‘If you ask my wife if she wants to leave London, she’ll say no.

‘My daughters feel the same way. Of course, Brazil is Brazil, right? It’s our home, our culture. We always feel good when we go there on holiday and see family and friends. But London is my second home.’

‘I recently passed a British citizenship test. Man, it was hard. It’s British history in a nutshell: the 1500s, the 1600s, wars, battles, great leaders, stuff like that.

‘Some questions are so difficult that not even some of my British friends knew the answers! I bought this handbook called Life in the UK Test, which covers everything in the exam. I don’t know how many hours I spent reading it. I also downloaded a phone app with mock tests.

‘As it turned out, I failed on my first two attempts, but got it on the third. I am now a British citizen! So London is where I want to stay. This is where I have my family, my church. I want my daughters to grow up here. Whenever I get back to the dressing room, I want to keep seeing their messages. I want to keep hearing their love and encouragement.’
