Argentine ‘is open’ and pushing to make move to Chelsea after moves made
Former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is open to taking over at CHELSEA now that they have officially sacked Graham Potter.
After Establishing himself as one of the best young managers in the Premier League while with Brighton – American owner Ted Boehly made the big decision to hands him the chance to manage Chelsea.
Boehly had just sacked Thomas Tuchel after a poor start to the new season – and knew that many had tipped Potter to manage one of the big clubs in the Premier League – and after the start Brighton had to the new season – believed he was the man to take the club forward.
But after a good start to life at Stamford Bridge – Potter saw his Chelsea side start to struggle before the Work cup and they could not keep clean sheets – to score goals and to play the football that fans have enjoyed watching over the past few seasons.

Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly interested in taking over at the Blues now that it has become available and is “pushing for the job” behind the scenes
Pochettino has already managed two Premier League clubs – Tottenham and Southampton – and it was believed his affiliation to Spurs would prevent him from joining another London club.
But recent reports on the Sun say Pochettino would be willing to take over at Chelsea, with the Argentine still owning a house in London and spending a lot of time in the English capital.

Getting rid of Potter is seemingly the right decision to make from CHELSEA as the club are not performing at the levels that is needed – and the fact that he has lost the dressng room is massive.
Pochettino is a highly-rated manager that has the ability to handle the big egos at Chelsea – and could be a very good option for the Blues that is for sure.
