‘Personal terms already agreed’ as Board sent clear transfer message about possible signing
Gabby Agbonlahor reckons Arsenal should NOT sign Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin when the transfer window opens up in just a few months time
It is no secret that Arsenal are in the market for a new striker this coming transfer window and have been eyeing up a number of possible players that could make an impact at the club next season
Calvert-Lewin is a player that has mentioned quite a few times now over the past few months, as the recent speculation in the media have suggested that Everton are willing to let the player leave in order to freshen up the squad
Speculation earlier this week even suggested Calvert-Lewin had already agreed terms with another Premier League club, with rumours rife that Arsenal were already setting up a deal ahead of next season
And now, amid all the speculation, Agbonlahor has opened up and encouraged the Gunners board TO not sign the Everton striker, He said on talkSPORT: “Someone asked me last week on the show, should Arsenal go in for him [Calvert-Lewin] – no! He can’t create his own goals, he doesn’t make his own goals.
“He has to lay it off, then get in the box and then the cross to come in perfect for him to get a goal. He’s not going to get the ball into his feet, turn and then score.
“That’s not him. So, for me, he wouldn’t suit Arsenal.”

There has been so many speculation and rumours about the young man and where he will be at the start of next season. But one thing is for sure, Everton will allow him to depart the club if the right offer does arrive
The money he could go for is alot and that would go a long way into freshening up the side that will need some new players in the transfer window
Is he a man that can net 20 goals a season? We are not 100 per cent sure, but he has proven that he has the ability to score in the Premier League and in a side that is as creative as the Gunners, he could flourish
That is out opinion
