Arsenal board told they must pay £60M in order to complete signing Prem star

Arsenal will have to shell out close to £60million to beat Newcastle to the signing of Brighton ace Moises Caicedo, it has been claimed
With the transfer window drawing to a close over the summer – there was a shock move from Arsenal to try and acquire the services of Caicedo -as the club to add some more depth to his squad – but they failed with a move
However – it has been claimed in the media that the likes of the Gunners are ready to delve into that transfer kitty and try to sign the midfielder in the coming windows – especially as Grahm Potter seeks to improve his side
Brighton were determined to keep the Ecuadorian for the long-term but must resist the interest from the likes of Newcastle, Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.
Now – according to The Telegraph – Arsenal will have to shell out close to £60 million to try and secure a deal for Caicedo
The Gunners will be bolstered by reports that Brighton don’t want to do business with the Magpies anyway after the northeast club poached their director of football Dan Ashworth.

Arsenal have so many midfielders that they may not need to sign another – but Caicedo would still be a very good addition to that squad for the right amount of money.
But we cannot see the Gunners board paying £60 million for the man
