Arsenal are plotting a huge move to bring Real Madrid playmaker Brahim Diaz to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Right now many of the ARSENAL players are preparing for the European Championships – and alot of players are taking some time off after a hard season in which the club failed to win that Premier League title.

However – there is still alot of transfer speculation in the media about players that Mikel Arteta would love to add to his squad over the next few months as he knows he needs to keep on improving the squad.

Now it has been claimed that Mikel Arteta reportedly wishes to pair Diaz with Martin Odegaard in a new 4-1-4-1 formation.

Diaz made 31 appearances for Madrid in LaLiga last season, scoring eight goals and assisting seven.

He also featured in nine Champions League games, notching two goals along the way to the final where the club won their 15th European trophy.

The report adds that The Gunners can fund the move for the former Manchester City man by allowing Fabio Vieira to return to former club Porto.

Another day – another transfer rumour for Arsenal fans linking them with a brilliant player that could add to that Gunners side.

If Diaz is a player that Arteta really wants at ARSENAL this summer – if he is a player that could hell drive the club towards that Premier League title – then we are sure the board will give Edu the money that will get a transfer deal done.

A move to the Premier League may also interest Diaz – if he is ready to leave Madrid this summer and seek more game time.

But he will not come cheap – and Arsenal will need to pay some serious money to get this transfer deal done that is for sure.
