Arsenal have submitted offer to sign brilliant – Premier League proven star

Will Luiz leave Villa?

Arsenal have made an opening bid of £20million for Douglas Luiz, plus add-ons – it has been claimed

So far this transfer window – Mikel Arteta has signed players that have made a real difference to the side – and that is why they are sitting top of the Premier League with five wins from five games

However – the Spaniard knows that the season will be a long one and he will need to sign players that will add depth to the side – that will push the regular starters – and Luiz is a player he is reportedly keen on

The Sun have claimed The Gunners are seeking a new midfielder following injuries to Mohamed Elneny and Thomas Partey – and They have turned their sights to Luiz, who scored against them from a corner on Wednesday night

It is claimed that the Gunners have submitted a £20 million offer plus add-ons for the Villa star – but may need to offer more if they wish to get a deal over the line

Villa do not need to sell and the players has not asked for a move away from the club – so Arsenal will need to make a better offer to get him signed

You cannot deny that Arsenal look like a side that could compete for that Premier League title – they really are looking impressive – but adding a couple more players will improve their odds

Luiz is a proven Premier League player that is ready for the next step – so he would be a brilliant addition to that Arsenal side if they are able to get a deal done for the man today

But another offer will be needed – so they could miss out

Truly he is good but Tieleman is better but it depends on what you wants and there are many good midfielders you would have settled down with two or three weeks ago whether Thomas Parttey have injury or not to me now it seems as a panic business
