Villa do not need to sell and the players has not asked for a move away from the club – so Arsenal will need to make a better offer to get him signed

Luiz is a proven Premier League player that is ready for the next step – so he would be a brilliant addition to that Arsenal side if they are able to get a deal done for the man today
