Agent confirms Arsenal interest in signing impressive Seria A star

The agent of Genoa defender Rady Dragusin has said the “top five clubs in England” are watching his client. with Arsenal also linked.

With a week left of the transfer window – Arsenal are looking to get some more deals done and adding another defender is reportedly on the agenda – and Dragusin is now reportedly on the list

The Romanian defender was on loan at Genoa from Juventus but made the move permanent this month for a £5m fee, though the long-term plan is for Dragusin to end up playing in the Premier League, according to agent Florin Manea.

“There is serious interest from England in him,” Manea told Romanian publication Sport.

“He’s only been at Genoa for six months. Our plan is to let him play there for at least a year. We want him to play for a another year in Serie A, and then we think he’ll be ready for any top club in the world.

“The top five clubs in England are seriously watching him. But, for now, he’s doing very well at Genoa.”

The top five clubs in England could be anyone – but Arsenal are surely interested in the man as they want to make sure that the squad is totally revamped.

Dragusin has been very impressive at Genoa – but he is not a player that we are expecting Arsenal to make a move for to try and sign that is for sure.

However – he would be a very good squad member to have in the side right?
