Would Arsenal fans welcome the potential signing of £200k-a-week striker in January?

There has been some fresh reports which have suggested that ARSENAL may be in with a chance of landing Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic in the upcoming transfer window, if they want to sign a striker, but would Gunners fans be happy with the signing of the big man?

A report from Fichajes has revealed the asking price that Juventus have set for any teams thinking of moving for the forward in the January window, giving a potential green light to a move.

A report from Charlie Watts has claimed that the Serbian international striker could be on his way out of Serie A club Juventus because of his premium wages, as The Old Lady want him to reduce his wage upon his contract renewal, which is not what the player would like

The 24-year-old striker earns £200,000-a-week wages at Juventus, and the Serie A club could be forced to sell him because of that, as he will not take a pay cut. The development will come as a major boost for clubs hoping to sign him.

The reports add that Arsenal have planned to hold talks with the Italians over a potential move in January

Reporter Iomie Stanley recently claimed he could be a great signing for Arsenal: “Vlahovic was a name hugely linked in connection with signing for the Gunners in 2022 and has been regularly named in transfer windows since.

“Having scored 44 goals in 109 Serie A games for Fiorentina, he decided instead to make a £66.6million move to Juventus over Arsenal and is once again banging in the goals on a weekly basis.

“Juventus are under no pressure to sell the striker in the coming transfer window – but if there is an offer that they simply cannot refuse – then we are sure that he will go for less than that 100 million valuation.’

‘Vlahovic is a very good striker that could be a very good signing for ARSENAL – he is one of a number of options for Mikel Arteta – he could be a very good signing for the right price that is for sure.’
