Arsenal ‘For Sure’ Interested In Signing Goal-Scoring Machine – Italian Announces

Fabrizio Romano has opened up and claimed that Arsenal are interested in Sporting Lisbon star Victor Gyokeres.

The Gunners have spent somne serious money over the last couple of transfer windows, and despite the impressive performances of Gabriel Jackson in recent weeks – they still need a 25-goal a season striker.

That has led to alot of speculation in the media which has claimed that Gyokeres is a man that the club are very much interested i signing at the end of the season – especially after his impressive 23 goals this season.

His transformation really has been something to behold, and ARSENAL will have to invest significantly to bring him back to England – but Romano has opened up and claimed Arsenal are interested in the striker.

Discussing the ongoing Gyokeres to Arsenal links, Romano said: “We’re again seeing rumours about interest in signing Viktor Gyokeres. My understanding remains that Arsenal have not opened concrete talks for any striker, but as I said many times Gyokeres for sure is one of the options in the list as they have spent months in attendance with their scouts in Portugal to follow the Sweden international’s progress.

“Still, at the moment, there are no talks or concrete negotiations as Arsenal want to take their time before deciding who’s the player they will sign up front.”

With the new financial rules in play for most clubs – ARSENAL will have to buy quality over quantity in the summer window – and adding a few world class players has got to be on the agenda.

Gyokeres is a very talented young man – but at the end of the day – he has alot of developing to do and i dont think that he is ready to come to the Premier League.
