Suarez deal close as Arsenal now open talks to sign unhappy £36 million Brazilian Malcom

Arsenal have approached Barcelona about a possible deal to sign unhappy Brazilian star Malcon on-loan until the end of the season.

Malcom was signed by Barcelona in the summer and was tipped to become a star player for the Spaniards this season, but he has failed to live upto expectactions and has only started one League game this season.

His lack of game time has led to alot of speculation that Arsenal could try and get a deal done during the January window, as the Gunners were reportedly interested in a deal for the Brazilian just before he signed for Barcelona in a deal worth over £40 million.

And according to reports on the Sun on Sunday, Arsenal are hoping Barcelona allow them to loan both Malcom and Denis Suarez, who has reportedly verbally agreed a move, to make the move before the window shuts in just a few days time.

Suarez has been linked with a move to the Emirates for months, and Arsenal are in talks with Barcelona about a possible loan deal until the end of the season, with the Spaniards ready to do business.

Barcelona’s hierarchy are reportedly undecided over Malcom’s long-term future but would accept an offer of £50m or a loan deal in order for the winger to be given a chance to impress.

Would Malcom be a good signing for Arsenal?

The lad is a serious talent and although his move to Barcelona has not worked out, given the opportunity to shine he could become one of the best wingers in Europe.

Arsenal have a habit of signing youn and then developing, so if they could land the services of Malcom this month, or in the summer, the Brazilian could turn out to be a very good buy for the club on a long-term basis.
