Mills surprised that impressive Premier League star has decided to make five-year Arsenal move

Danny Mills doesn’t understand why Ben White has chosen to sign for Arsenal this transfer window
It is no secret that Mikel Arteta is keen to add another defender to the squad in the next few months, especially after David Luiz decided to leave the club, and it seems that Ben White is the number one target.
Regarded as one of the finest young defenders in the Premier League, White has been tipped to sign for one of the biggest clubs in the game, and Arsenal have beaten off the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea to get a deal done
It has been claimed that he will be completing a £50 million to Arsenal one a massive £100,000-a-week five-year contract, but Mills has opened up and claimed that he does not know why White has decided to make the move to the Emirates.
He told TalkSport: “I just think he’s better than that he’ll have a better chance of winning things elsewhere.
“What’s he going to win at Arsenal, League Cup or maybe FA Cup if he’s lucky?
“I’m surprised Manchester United, who are looking for a centre-half, haven’t come in for him.”
👀 “Let’s assume he’ll be at Arsenal for 2/3 years before he goes somewhere else. I think he’s better than that.”
😬 “What’s he going to win at Arsenal? I’m just surprised #MUFC haven’t come in for him.”
Roundup…
It is a big decision to make but White is ready for that next level and is still young enough to make another move if he does not win the trophies that he is probably hoping to win with Arsenal.
Arsenal will be getting a quality player, White will find out what it is like to play for one of the big boys, and it will just be interesting to see how he copes with the pressure
