Arsenal ‘More Likely’ To Sign £51 Million Star This Summer Announces Ornestein
David Ornstein has claimed Martin Zubimendi is more likely to join Arsenal this summer than Amadou Onana.
Some ARSENAL FC fans anticipate a busy summer transfer window, with boss Mikel Arteta keen to keep on building a side that will eventually take over from Man City as the best team in the Premmier League.
That has led to constant speculation in the media that both Zubimendi and Onana are two players that Arsenal are very much interested in signing with the summer window opens up – as Arteta wants to add to his midfield.
However -amid all the speculation and rumours – Ornestein has opened up and claimed that it is much more likley that Zubimendi joins the club rather than Onana – He said: I’m sure there is some appreciation for Onana at Arsenal and elsewhere, but I’m not sure he fits their profile or price bracket.
“In the number 6 role, we know Arteta likes Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi (and there will be others). If it’s a No. 8, they go for it; there will be multiple options as well. I don’t really see this one happening.”

Right now the Gunners are focusing on trying to win their first Premier League title since 2004 – so transfer are not really a priority. But Mikel Arteta will get the full backing of the board in the summer.
He will add quality over quantity – he will add players that will add to the squad and he will sign players that will make a difference.
It will be interesting to see who arrives – but if ARSENAL FC can push on and win that Premier League title this season – then we would not be surprised to see bigger names than Zubimendi and Onana get signed.
