Shakhtar Donetsk’s vice director has opened up and put a staggering price on the head of Arsenal target Mykhaylo Mudryk
The highly-talented attacker has been making all the right noises in the game this season and is one of the most creative players in Europe right now – and a player that has made no secret of hiss desire to move to the Emirates.
Mudryk has scored 10 goals this season for Shakhtar – including 3 in the Champions League group stages.
Now, One source has told Sky Sports News there is a cautious optimism a deal can get done with Arsenal thought to be encouraged by the player’s desire to join.
However – Having rejected Arsenal’s opening bid of €60 million for Mykhaylo Mudryk, Shakhtar’s Vice Director has declared that the club will only accept a much higher offer for the Ukrainian winger.
“€60 million it’s not enough to sign Mudryk. Our director said that we need a bid closer to [Jack] Grealish fee than Antony to sell Mudryk,” Shakhtar vice director Carlo Nicolini stated.
“We’re not even considering a bid with €40m as fixed fee.”

Mudryk has been impressive this season and is showing some great potential – but he is no way worth the money that is being talked about guys – that is crazy.
Arsenal would be massive fools to pay €100 million to bring him to the Emirates – he has done nothing in the game to be worth such a massive amount of money
But it will be interesting to see just how high Arsenal go – they seemingly want the lad that is for sure
