Arsenal News: Agent Talks Up Summer Move for Italian Pass-Master

Jorginho’s agent Joao Santos has talked up a potential move back to Serie A, Arsenal fans have bee told

With the arrivals of Declan Rice and Kai Havertz this summer there has been much talk of a revamped midfield at ARSENAL FC, with Jorginho not tipped by many to be part of the long-term plans at the Emirates

That has led to some suggestions in the media that he is a player that the Gunners would allow to depart the club over the transfer window – with a move to the Spanish league or Saudi Arabia mooted for the Italian star.

In recent weeks it has been claimed that a move to Turkey has been on the cards for the midfielder, and it seems that Arsenal are ready to do some business for the Italian if the price is right.

Now – amid the latest round of speculation – his agent has opened up and talked up a potential move back to Italian football for the gifted midfielder – Santos told TV Play in Italy: “He’d suit Lazio more, for the presence of coach Sarri who already knows his characteristics very well, but also Juve who have a great director of sport like Cristiano Giuntoli, who he spent many years with at Napoli.

“I would not rule out a return to Napoli with new coach Calzona, who used to work with Sarri before that.”

Santos went on to add: “I don’t think Roma would be likely, because there has never been any contact with them, but when it comes to their strength and tradition, everyone would love to play for Milan and Inter.”

Look, Jorginho is great to have in the side for many reasons off and on the pitch – he really is world class.

The fact he wants to stay is massive as he will be an invaluable member of the squad, but with the side going into a new era, he may need to leave if he wants to prolong his career at the top of the game.

But if ARSENAL FC have made the decision to let him leave the club then they should sell in the summer window, as they may be able to get some money in order to keep on adding to the side.
