Arsenal OPEN to getting transfer deal done for £50M Premier League star
According to reports, Arsenal are ready to sell goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale as Mikel Arteta searches for another back-up goalkeeper.
The 26-year-old who has made England’s Euro 2024 squad has been linked to a transfer this summer after falling behind David Raya in the pecking order at the Emirates.
The likes of Chelsea, Aston Villa and West Ham are just three clubs that have been linked with a move for the England goalkeeper – and the Gunners will demand a significant fee for his services, and it remains to be seen whether any team is willing to break the bank for the 26-year-old Englishman.
According to The Sun, Arsenal value him at £50 million. There is no doubt that Ramsdale is a talented custodian who has established himself in the Premier League. However, expecting teams to spend £50 million for him may not be the wisest approach
There have been varying claims surrounding the asking price from £30million all the way to £50million. Arsenal are keen to make a profit on the player signed for an initial £24million back in 2021 and having seen him sign an extension last summer, the club have plenty of control when it comes to dictating the price.

Ramsdale is far too good to be sitting on the bench every week and he must have hated it last season – there are some big clubs interested in a potential deal – and if anyone gets the man, they will be getting a very good shot-stopper.
ARSENAL have a number of players that they will be selling this summer – we are fully expecting him to depart the Emirates over the next few months
