Arsenal anger Tottenham by making contact to get £62 million Son deal done?

There has been some shock reports emerge which have claimed Arsenal are ready to raid London rivals Tottenham for Son Heung-Min.

The South Korean star is currently lighting up the World Cup in Russia with his performances for the National side, but it is his future that has hit the headlines in the last few days.

Reports emerged over the past 48 hours which suggested he is now considering a move away from Spurs, as he looks to take his game to the next level.

That has alerted the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool to a possible transfer deal, having all been keen on acquiring his services before he made the move to White Hart Lane.

And Sport1 even claim that contact has been made by the chasing clubs, with a fee of £62 million believed to be enough to complete a shock transfer deal.

Gunners boss Unai Emery is actively looking for one more winger to come in and add pace, drive and ability to take on players for next season, as he looks to get back into a top four spot.

And signing one of Spurs top men would be a real coup for the Spaniard, especially since Son has become one of the most deadly and creative wingers in the Premier League.

However, given Arsenal and Spurs hate each other, Chairman Daniel Levy would only sell to the rivals if he had no other options, and the Gunners offered an amount of money that was too good to turn down.
