Arsenal target has again been told that he is free to leave, Arsenal to offer two-players-plus cash in bid to complete signing of £70 million man, Arsenal can sign superstar if wages are met

Arsenal can sign Griezmann, Coutinho told he can leave and Arsenal to offer two players in bid to sign Maddison in top Arsenal news…

Fresh reports have again claimed that Arsenal target Philippe Coutinho has been told that he is free to leave Barcelona this summer

Coutinho was one of the most gifted players in the Premier League with Liverpool and the Reds helped mould the Brazilian into one of the very best players in world football.

That ultimately led to him making that big money move to sign with Barcelona, a move that was supposed to make him an absolute superstar in the game. But for many reasons, he has failed to make the impact that many people had expected.

That has led to alot of reports in the media that he is very open to the idea of making a mega money move back to the Premier League, where there are a number of clubs that are reportedly interested in a transfer deal.

Spanish publication Todofichajes have claimed Barca no longer cares about receiving a transfer fee for Coutinho, but they simply have to get rid of him.

And that has opened the door for Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta to swoop in and offer him a move to the Emirates

The midfielder has been a long-term target for the Gunners and with Arteta seeking to add a bit more quality, creativity and world class ability to the squad, this may be the best chance that Arsenal have of getting a deal done

Look, there has been alot said about the future of Coutinho and if Arsenal really wanted to get a transfer deal done, they would have already by now as he has been free to leave Barca all summer

He is a quality player that would have improved the Gunners, but we cannot se this deal happening anytime soon

Arsenal are prepared to offer Reiss Nelson and Ainsley Maitland-Niles as part of a deal to lure Leicester star James Maddison to the Emirates.

The Gunners have been linked with the Foxes playmaker as a replacement for Martin Odegaard, who returned to Real Madrid at the end of last season following his loan spell.

And the Gunners have identified Maddison as the perfect fit, having seen the midfielder develop into one of the most creative players in the Premier League over the past few seasons.

Now, the Suns DYLAN TERRY has claimed Arsenal are prepared to offer Reiss Nelson and Ainsley Maitland-Niles as part of the offer that could tempt Leicester into selling one of the clubs most important players.

He was quoted on the SUN: ‘The Arsenal duo have failed to establish themselves as anything more than fringe players in north London.

‘Arsenal believe Leicester are willing to negotiate with them.

‘However, it is also thought that Brendan Rodgers’ side are seeking to secure no less than a huge cash sum for the creative midfielder’

The report comes after Paul Merson claimed the ex-Norwich player’s exclusion from the England fold may help him prosper this season, The Sportskeeda columnist wrote: “He will be fresh and raring to go ahead of the 2021-22 Premier League season.

“Before his unfortunate injury last season, he was absolutely flying for Leicester City and I got the feeling that he came back a bit too early.

“I like Maddison and I think he can make a real impact this season.

“He can really rip it up and will have an advantage over those who had international commitments earlier this summer, as those players may not start the forthcoming season for their respective clubs.”

Look, Maddison is a top class player that is worth alot of money, but despite the fact Arsenal are one of the biggest clubs in the game, they are not at the level they were justa a few seasons ago.

If they got it, it would be a great signing, but we believe he will be tearing it up for Leicester this coming season and not the Gunners

Reports from Spain have claimed that Arsenal can sign Antoine Griezmann this summer, if they can pay his massive wages

Griezmann joined Barca from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2019, having established himself as one of the world’s best forwards while winning the World Cup with France.

After firing at least 20 goals in each of the last six seasons, Griezmann scored just 15 times in 48 games in his first season for Barca, a disappointing haul given the €120m (£107m/$134m) fee required to bring him to the club, and he has not faired any better this season.

He has largely been played out of position since joining Barca, and because of that fact, he has not looked like the player that dominated over at Madrid for so many years and became one of the very best players in world football

Icfootballnews has learned that Griezmann is a player that Barca are open to selling this summer as they need to clear some of that massive debt that they have racked up over the years

The club’s short-term debt stands at €730m and they need to lighten their salary burden before entering the market, and although it is unclear just how much Griezmann gets at the club, his wages are reportedly upwards of £300,000-a-week

But reports claim that if the Gunners are willing to meet his wages this summer, Barca are open to letting him leave, and he is open to moving to the Premier League

One of the best attacking players in world football and a man that has been linked with the Premier League alot over the past few seasons, yes he would be welcome at the London giants.

How could they turn down the opportunity to sign one of the best players in world football? Especially at a bargain price.

It is a shame that Griezmann has not excelled at Barca, but we would love him here in the Premier League, and he would certainly be that statement signing that Mikel Arteta would be looking to sign in the summer
