Arsenal to table £43M offer – Worldie decides he wants Arsenal move – Gunners target opens door to Emirates move

Here is a roundup of the top Man United news and transfer gossip that we think you guys may have missed today –

Arsenal-linked Youssof Fofana has revealed he has an agreement in place with Monaco to allow him to leave should they be approached for his services.

The Gunners had an amazing season last year – but now will start getting to work and trying to sign players that will take the club to another level and really take that Premier League title away from Man City.

After an impressive season in France – Fofana is a player that ARSENAL are very much interested in signing as Mikel Arteta wants to add some more depth to that world class midfield that he has.

He told Get French Football News: “My future? I have spoken about it with the hierarchy, it isn’t a secret.

“We had exchanges and they agreed to accompany me in this new stage.

“If it (a move) doesn’t happen, I still have a year left and I will be happy to stay.

“We were in agreement that we would accompany each other in this process in which everyone should be a winner, be it me or the club.”

Reliable transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano recently said those close to the midfielder expect him to leave, and he could be one of the surprises of the window.

“An important player to watch in the summer transfer window is also Youssouf Fofana, the French national team midfielder for Monaco,” said Romano on his YouTube channel.

“He was on the list for Manchester United and Inter last summer, end of August, but Monaco said no to all of the approaches.

“He’s out of contract in 2025, same as Alphonso Davies, but with a difference. Youssouf Fofana is not even negotiating a new contract with Monaco and the expectation of those close to the player, and the expectation of Monaco is for Youssouf Fofana to leave the club this summer. So Youssouf Fofana can really leave the club.

“What’s going to happen? There is interest from Italy, there is interest from England, there is interest from Germany, so several clubs are keeping an eye on Fofana. There is movement on him, keep an eye on this player, it could be one of the surprises of the summer transfer window.”

OSIMHEN KEEN ON ARSENAL MOVE –

Victor Osimhen is holding out for a move to Arsenal, according to the latest reports in the media.

It is no secret that Arsenal are desperate to add another striker to the attack and it is also no secret that Osimhen is a player that the club have been eyeing up for the last couple of transfer windows.

The Big Nigeria star has already admitted that he is leaving Napoli – the Italians have already confirmed that he will be getting sold in the summer – meaning that the likes of Arsenal will be able to get a deal done if they meet the £112 million clause.

Osimhen is set to reject a move to Paris Saint-Germain ahead of next season, according to Teamtalk and the Napoli forward also plans to snub interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia.

Osimhen finished as Serie A top scorer in 2022/23 as he powered Napoli to the title.

Now the According to transfer insider Gianluca Di Marzio, Osimhen is interested in a move to ARSENAL.

The report adds that Mikel Arteta’s men are a more attractive proposition because of their Champions League qualification.

However, with a fee set at a staggering £110million he could be priced out of a move to the Emirates.

Reporter Iomie Stanley reckons Napoli’s Victor Osimhen is the kind of player Arsenal need this coming summer

He said: “The calibre of player Arsenal need right now i somebody who hits the ground running, a top end striker, like the [Victor] Osimhens of this world… that level of striker.

“If Arsenal want to do it now they’re going to need that level of goalscorer who will slot in straight away.

“Any ARSENAL fan will look at certain games this season and see that the club need a killer in front of goal.”

ARSENAL TO TABLE SESKO OFFER –

Arsenal are set to table summer bids for either Benjamin Sesko or Victor Osimhen, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Gunners have been in the transfer headlines for weeks now as this will give Mikel Arteta the opportunity to sit down with the board and tell him the players he wants at the club this transfer window.

It is no secret that Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah are not 30 goal a season strikers – while Kai Havertz is not your typical number nine – meaning that the club will need to sign a striker this coming transfer window.

There has been so many names linked with a move to the Emirates – but Sesko and Osimhen are the two top names that have been talked about most – as both are expected to leave their respective clubs this summer.

And if you believe the words of Di Marzio – ARSENAL are about to table offers for the duo – He said: “I think he’s [Sesko] one of the top targets for Arsenal, even of AC Milan for example.

“Even Victor Osimhen could be a target, Arsenal needs a striker like that, a number 9.

“I think Arsenal will be for one of these two important strikers in this summer window.”

Look, ARSENAL will have a big transfer budget to play with this summer – they can sign the players that they feel will make an immediate impact – either Sesko or Osimhen would be great signings.

They are both top-class and both will have the chances to score goals galore in an Arsenal side that is one of the most creative in the Premier League – they are the type of signings that would get Man City worried.
