Arsenal told if £46M star will be completing Emirates move amidst summer talks
Arsenal have been told their chances of signing Sandro Tonali from AC Milan this summer – with the Gunners reportedly keen on the man
Mikel Arteta has been able to spend some serious money this transfer window on signings that have already made a huge impact at the Emirates – and his side now look like real top four contenders
However – that will not stop him from trying to get a few more players to the club by the end of the transfer window – and Tonali is a player that he is very keen on.
Tonali, who sees his contract at the San Siro expire in 2026, featured 36 times for the Rossoneri last season, directly contributing towards eight goals from midfield.
According to Calciomercato, ArsenalFC have already contacted AC Milan about a possible deal and are very interested in trying to secure a transfer deal for the player over the next couple of weeks
But football reporter Dean Jones doubts the Gunners will be able to complete the transfer – He explained to Give Me Sport: “I really, really struggle to believe that Arsenal could sign Tonali at the moment.
“He was very specific about choosing AC Milan when he joined them, and since he made that decision, he’s won the league, and he’s become an important player.”

Tonali is a gifted player but staying put is the right thing to do – he is at a club that is winning trophies and playing Champions League football – he does not need to leave just yet
ArsenalFC may be a little disappointed – but there are other targets they are interested in
So, this will not come as a massive blow if they do indeed miss out on the player
