Arsenal told £80M target has decided to make move after massive contract offer made

Crystal Palace star and Arsenal target Wilfried Zaha is likely to walk away from Selhurst Park as a free agent next summer

Zaha has already notched three goals in three games this season and has scored a total of 64 goals in the Premier League – and with his contract running out at the end of this season – there has been alot of speculation about his future

Palace know that they will no longer be able to get £80 million for their star man – and although they dont want to lose the player – they want to get something rather than get nothing

That has led to speculation that the Gunners would be making a fresh move in the January window knowing that they would be able to get Zaha for an absolute bargain

However – reports have recently claimed that Palace have now moved and offered their star man a contract that he simply cannot refuse

But – Zaha has reportedly decided that he will not sign that new contract offer and has decided to leave Palace at the end of the season on a free deal – if you believe the words of Sun Journalist Barclay

He told GIVEMESPORT: “The noises I’ve got, not to say that this is what’s going to happen, is that the most likely outcome at the moment is that he will leave on a free next summer.

“Obviously, he’d stand to make a lot of money from any move he would make with the signing-on fee and wages.

“Also, being a free transfer, he may finally get that move to an elite club, not to disparage Palace, which he’s pushed for many times over the years. That probably seems the most likely outcome at the moment.”

He should have left a couple of seasons ago – but he stayed because the club are demanding so much money

He should not sign that contract and should indeed leave the club – it is his only chance to play for a big team once again
