Arsenal in talks to get deal Premier League deal done for striker valued at just £25M
West Ham United have reportedly opened preliminary talks to sign Reiss Nelson from Arsenal
There had been some speculation that he could leave the club last summer in order to get some more game time – but the decision was made that he would stay put and agree a new contract
but according to recent reports, Nelson’s time at the Emirates could be coming to an end as his game-time has been limited over the past season. After making just one Premier League start, the winger is now weighing-up his future.
Now Football Insider claims that the Gunners are expected to cash in on the winger this summer and would purportedly sell if they receive a £25million offer for Nelson. Brighton and Hove Albion have also been credited with an interest in the player this summer.
But now it is West Ham who are said to have enquired about the player and held early discussions about the possibility of making a move. Nelson only signed a new contract at his boyhood club 12 months ago but barely played last season.

Look, Arsenal signed him up to a new contract last summer and he must have really believed he would be given more game time under Mikel Arteta – but it is the right time to leave the club.
At this stage of his career he needs to be playing on a regular basis – not sitting on the bench every week and he will have his choice of clubs this transfer window.
Some ARSENAL fans will be sad to see him leave – but if he stays – his career will be going nowhere – even though he would be in one of the best sides in the Premier League.
