United urged to sign £100 million duo, Thiago agreement claim made, Man United ready to sign defender and exciting Greenwood message sent

United urged to sign Bale and Grealish, Thiago agreement claim, Greenwood message sent and United ready to sign Bediashile in Manchester United roundup..

Thiago Alcantara ‘probably has an agreement with Liverpool or Manchester United’, it has been claimed.

After it was revealed that Thiago wanted a fresh challenge in the game after seen years with Bayer Munich, it has emerged that Liverpool and Manchester United are the favourites to get a transfer deal done this summer.

The Premier League pair are still seeking to get some transfer business done and would reportedly love to add the qualities of Thiago to their midfield’s, especially for that £27 million asking price.

Now, former Bayern chief Uli Hoeness made a shock claim in an interview with Sport 1 and suggested that he believes that Thiago probably already has an agreement to make the move to the Premier League.

“We offered him [Thiago] a great four-year contract but in the last minute he changed his mind and told us he wants a new challenge,” Hoeness told Sport 1.

“He probably has an agreement with Liverpool or Manchester United, or with both.

“Both clubs did not come to us with an offer. They are bluffing and likely waiting until the last week of the window to make a cheap offer. Bayern must decide whether they want to play this game or stand their ground and keep Thiago.

Tim Sherwood has urged Manchester United to sign Real Madrid outcast Gareth Bale and Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.

Bale is enduring a tough time in Spain where he has a rocky relationship with supporters and manager Zinedine Zidane, and it is widely believed that a move back to the Premier League that he is hoping for.

Grealish is one of the most exciting midfielders in the Premier League and has been tipped for a move to a big club by the end of the transfer window after an impressive season with Aston Villa last year.

Both Bale and Aston Villa captain Grealish have been strongly linked with moves to Old Trafford, and Sherwood has urged Manchester United to bring the pair to the club as it would be great business for the club.

The former Tottenham manager said on Sky Sports: “When teams back off, that’s when Manchester United have struggled, but that was until [Bruno] Fernandes came in.

“Fernandes could find the key to the door and open teams up. Van de Beek can do that as well, he makes runs and scores goals.

“But I would also go for Jack Grealish, he can open the door, he’s another Fernandes and gives them another quality that they need.

“I would also go out and sign Gareth Bale on a free transfer. For me, he needs to come back to the Premier League and start playing football again.

“I think he has a lot to offer and I think he will flourish for a couple of seasons if he goes to Manchester United.”

Manchester United are ready to pay £23m for Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile, according to the latest reports.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is starting to get his transfer business done ahead of the new Premier League season, and has been lining up a number of defenders that will help improve that back-line.

The Red Devils have one of the most exciting attacks in the premier League, but defensively they have looked very shaky and Solskjaer knows that he will need to improve on that if the club are to challenge for Titles.

And the impressive Badiashile has been on the radar of the club after impressing the United scouts over the last 12 months, with reports revealing that the Premier League giants have already submitted one offer for the defender.

United have already had a bid rejected by Monaco, and the Express claim claim the Red Devils will return but won’t pay more than £23m for him.

However, amid reports that they are heading back in for the player, Monaco boss Niko Kovac has made it clear that he has no plans to sell the defender, and warned United they’ll be wasting their time with another bid.

Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs has heaped praise upon Mason Greenwood, who looks like “he’s going to score two every game”.

Greenwood is one of the most exciting players in the game right now and the 18-year-old has already made more than 50 senior appearances for the Old Trafford side, scoring 17 goals and creating five more assists in the process.

He is tipped to go on an become a superstar for the Manchester giants and will play a massive role in the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side this season as they seek to win back that Premier League title.

And Giggs has heaped praise upon Greenwood, claiming he is so good he looks like “he’s going to score two every game”: “He’s nearly already scored more goals than I did, so there’s no pressure in that respect. I don’t think he’ll feel the pressure of the number,” he told The Sun.

“He’s a brilliant player, who I don’t think he even looks like scoring every game – I think he’s going to score two every game, he’s that much of a threat.

“He’s been playing off the right – eventually, I think he will go as a centre-forward – but he needs to go again. Opposition will be aware of him and they’ll be trying to stop him.

“He’s got to find a way to keep improving, which I’m sure he will do because he’s very hard to stop – left or right foot, his movement’s good – and he’s in an attacking team with the likes of Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes, who can find him.”

Greenwood is a very exciting and many of us are all excited to see just what he is capable of doing this coming season.
