impressive 22-goal star will ask Arsenal to get summer transfer deal done!

Journalist Paul Brown has suggested that Folarin Balogun may now request a transfer from Arsenal during this summer

Balogun is now back at Arsenal after a stunning season in Ligue 1 with Reims – where he impressed massively and hit an impressive 22 goals for the French side.

His stats last season has led to alot of speculation about his long-term future at Arsenal – with reports suggesting that he is eyeing up a move away after being told that he is not guaranteed regular football at the Emirates.

Arsenal would prefer to keep hold of the player – but according to Brown – Balogun will not stay at the Emirates this summer – He tells Give Me Sport:

“If he genuinely does think he’s ready and he isn’t willing to wait, you could see him pushing for a move.

“But we’re not at that stage yet, so I think we’ll have to see how things develop in pre-season first.”

If Balogun cant get the game time he wants at the Emirates – then leaving is the right decision – he just needs to make the right choice.

There are some massive clubs that are interested in a possible deal for the striker and Arsenal could get some very good money for a player that was pretty much non-existent before last season.

There are many fans out there that would like to see Balogun given the chance to shine – but as we said guys – if he is brought back to the Emirates to sit on the bench – then the best thing for him and his career is to leave.

But it will be very interesting to see if he stays in the Premier League – heads back to France or makes the move to Seria A – he has plenty of options that is for sure.
