It has been claimed that he will not come cheap though – as the likes of Chelsea will have to splash close to £130 million to try and get a deal done.
But the lad is tipped to become one of the best midfielders in the world – he is tipped to join one of the big clubs and his quality at the tender age of 19 just shows why there is so much hype surrounding his ability.

He is just the type of player that England have been missing for a few seasons now – so if he is able to handle the pressure – he will help his national team go along way.
