Discussing his move from Chelsea in his first Real Madrid press conference, Kepa said: ‘Hello and thanks to everyone who has made today possible.

‘I hope that we can win many titles, and increase Real Madrid’s trophy haul even more. Thank you all very much and Hala Madrid!’
Asked if he wanted to turn his loan move into a permanent deal, Kepa said: ‘I hope so. Today is day one and I’m here on loan, but we’ll have time and we’ll see. I hope that with my effort and performances this can happen.
‘When I had the offer from Real Madrid, it was all clear for me. It’s true that I had other offers from big clubs, but the decision was quite quick and easy once this option came about.’

It was a shock to see that Chelsea have allowed the man to leave – they must have a replacement already in mind.
But this is a great move for Kepa as he loves La Liga and to play for one of the biggest sides in the world – great move.
CAICEDO DELIGHTED WITH MOVE –
Moises Caicedo has said his first words as a CHELSEA after finally completing the move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues had long been pursuing the Ecuador international and managed to seal the deal over the weekend after the player turned down the chance to sign for Liverpool after they had a £111m bid accepted.
On Monday evening, Chelsea officially announced the signing of Caicedo from Brighton in a deal worth £115million – a British transfer record, and he has admitted just how delighted he is with the transfer move.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID –
The midfielder said: ‘I am so happy to join Chelsea! I am so excited to be here at this big club and I didn’t have to think twice when Chelsea called me, I just knew I wanted to sign for the club. It’s a dream come true to be here and I can’t wait to get started with the team.
‘Makelele and Kante were an inspiration to me,’ the 21-year-old tells us on his first day at Cobham.
‘They were so humble on the pitch. I think I can say we share similar qualities, but they were better. But now I am going to give everything for this club because they did so much for me.
‘When I was a kid, I supported CHELSEA and used to watch the games. Now it is amazing to be here. It is one of the biggest clubs in the world. I can’t wait to start with the guys, to give my best and to write my own story.’

There are many people doubting that Caicedo is worth the money – that he doesnt have the ability to make a real impact on the side – that he will struggle in a Blues shirt.
He now has to live upto the hype and that transfer fee – which will come along with alot of pressure and honestly we just dont believe that he is worth the money.
He is a good signing – but not worth the cash.
SANCHEZ FEELS AMAZING –
Chelsea latest summer signing Robert Sanchez has revealed that it feels amazing to be playing for the club.
After the decision was made by the CHELSEA board to splash come cash and bring the stopper to the club – he made his first start in the exciting 1-1 draw with Liverpool at Stamford Bridge at the weekend.
The former Brighton star performed pretty well om his debut for the club – and he has now been reflecting on his debut, as well as thanking the Chelsea fans for the warm reception he received from them.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID –
‘It felt amazing to be out there for Chelsea and the fans have welcomed me really well, so I want to thank them for the reception,’ HE SAID
‘It was about getting my timing back in terms of game-time but I felt really confident, no nerves at all and since I joined a week ago I’ve felt really welcomed by all the boys and I think we did a good game against Liverpool. It was a good start to the season and something for us to build on.
‘I think we started the game a little slow actually but full credit to the boys, we really upped our levels – especially in the second half.
‘We moved the ball well, created some good chances and could have got the win. We’ll take the point though and move on to the next game.
‘I was told a couple of days ago that I would be starting but this is football, you always have to be ready because things can change very quickly,’
‘I trained well with the team all week and I was ready to play. Working under Mauricio has been great so far, he’s an amazing manager and he makes us feel like a big family.
‘He pulled the process together and I’m so happy with my choice to come here to Chelsea.’
