Boss ‘WANTS TO JOIN’ Chelsea – Elite star wants Chelsea move – Blues to get deal done for £75M man

Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea news and gossip that we think you guys may have missed today –

Victor Osimhen is set to reject a move to Paris Saint-Germain ahead of next season as he would prefer a move to Chelsea it has been claimed

CHELSEA  have not had the season that many would have hoped for and that is partly down the the fact they have lacked goals all across the season – with Cole Palmer dragging the team over the line on numerous occasions.

Christopher Nkunku has been injured for alot of the season, while Nicolas Jackson has only shown glimpses of the potential that many believe he has, and has been backed to never be a 30 goal a season striker.

That has led to many reports in the media that Chelsea and PSG are ready to fight over the future of Osimhen after he decided that he would leave Napoli in the transfer window and seek a move away from the Italians.

It has recently been claimed that PSG are actually winning the race for the big Nigerian star – that a move to the French League is something that he is keen on and he would be getting a massive wage to make that switch.

However – sources have informed Teamtalk that “if CHELSEA want Victor, he is there waiting but it is up to them.”

There has been so much speculation on the future of Osimhen – there has been so many rumours – but at the end of the day – if he really wants to test himself then the Premier League is the better move for him to make.

However – if he wants an easy life – to win trophies easily and earn some big money – then PSG are the way to go. So after these latest reports in the media it will be interesting to see just what decision he has really made.

But saying that – it would be great to see another top-level striker test himself in the Premier League.

MARESCA WANTS SUMMER MOVE –

Leicester manager Enzo Maresca is waiting for Chelsea to decide if they will appoint him as their new head coach after turning down an approach from Sevilla, according to Fabrizio Romano.

CHELSEA are all over the headlines this week after they make the big decision to get rid of Mauricio Pochettino after just one season and a sixth placed finish in the Premier League.

There has been so many names linked with a move to London over the last few days – and if you ask most fans – they have absolutely no idea who will be taking charge of the club over the next few months.

Now it has been claimed by Romano that Maresca is waiting for Chelsea to decide if they want him as their next coach after he made the decision that he was not going to take up the job at Sevilla.

The Blues will have to pay around €10m (£8.6m) for the manager, who guided Leicester back into the Premier League this season.

Chelsea want a dynamic, forward-thinking and progressive coach who fits in with the club’s ideology.

The west London side would also prefer their new head coach to have experience of coaching in English football at a high level.

We know that Chelsea board like to make crazy decisions on players and managers – but they seriously need to take their time when it comes to hiring a new boss that is for sure.

CHELSEA need to hire someone that has a proven track record of competing for trophies and not somebody that is just looking to make that next step in the game.

Many feel that sacking Pochettino was a crazy idea considering how well they were playing in the last few months of the season – their next decision could really get fans turning on the club.

BLUES TO SELL KEPA –

Chelsea have made the decision that they will not be looking to keep Kepa now that his loan with Real Madrid is done.

At the beginning of the season Real Madrid made the shock decision to take Kepa to the Bernabeu on a season long loan after Thaibut Courtois picked up a serious injury which kept him out of action for most of the season.

The Spaniard had some decent performances for the La Liga Champions throughout the season – but he lost his spot between the sticks to Andriy Lunin and the will be coming back to Stamford Bridge this summer.

However – the Daily express have reported that he is just one of a number of players that Chelsea are looking to cash in on over the transfer window as they seek to raise some funds to buy their top targets.

The Financial Fair Play rules means that clubs have to be careful in the transfer window and will only be able to spend what the can afford – which should see alot of the top clubs getting rid of their fringe players.

Kepa recently revealed he would like to stay at Madrid on a permanent deal, telling Spanish TV, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano: Of course I’d love to stay at Real Madrid in the future.

‘Who doesn’t want to stay at this club? I’m very, very happy here.’

Kepa has also spoken about the decision to leave CHELSEA in the summer: ‘The loan to Madrid was very quick,’ Kepa told AS. ‘Everything was sealed in a few hours, with just two phone calls.

‘I had spent five seasons at a big club, Chelsea, and I thought a change could be good for me. It’s true that there was the option of Bayern… but Real Madrid called and I didn’t have to think about it.

‘If there were other opportunities before it didn’t matter, what matters is that it became a reality last summer.’
