Big news as £50M star will be a West Ham player this summer – fans told!

West Ham fans have been told that Arsenal target Jarrod Bowen to stay at the club this summer transfer window

Bowen has really shone for the Hammersand have even been told to pay £50 million to wrap up a move

However – according to pundit Noel Whelan – Bowen will be staying at the club this summer – but there is a chance that the Hammers will receive a massive offer for the winger next summer

“I think there’s a bit of breathing space right now for West Ham and Bowen,” he told Football Insider

“If there were two years left then it would be a different story. All it would take is another season and Bowen would be in that power position with one year left.

“They can afford to give it until the end of this season and see where the land lies. See how he performs and see where the club ends up.

“Either way, they’re going to get a hefty fee.

“That fee is secure, as long as there’s a healthy two years on his contract. I can’t see there being too much interest this summer.

“He’ll be a West Ham player for this season, I’m sure. I think next year is when those discussions and questions will take place.

“Him and Rice – that’s a nucleus they need to keep together this season in order to stay around the European spots.”

The fact that Bowen will be staying this summer is great news for the club – he would have been a massive loss for the side if he left the club

But if he does have another great season – then he may push for a bigger move – as he may want to try and win a few trophies
