Powerhouse announces pure delight after sealing very late Chelsea fc transfer deal

Chelsea striker Armando Broja has revealed his excitement at making a loan move to Fulham on deadline day.

CHELSEA wanted the Albania international to play regularly having struggled for minutes due to a lengthy knee injury. Fulham are out of all the cup competitions, meaning that the 22-year-old could feature in a maximum of 16 Premier League matches.

Broja, who has scored two goals and made two assists in all competitions this season, was an unused substitute in Chelsea’s defeat at Liverpool on Wednesday

But with the striker falling down the pecking order because Christopher Nkunku is now back playing – the decision was for him to be allowed to leave the club for the next few months.

Chelsea initially wanted a £5 million loan fee, which would have equated to £312,500 a match, excluding wages, if Broja was to play in every game.

And after sealing the January deal – Broja has revealed his excitement at the move – Speaking to FFCtv, the Albanian international said: “It feels amazing. I’m really happy to be here and I can’t wait to get started, meet the players and manager and play for the fans.

“The fans always play a big role and I can’t wait to go to Craven Cottage and meet them all. I’m going to work hard for the team and create a real bond.

“I’m really honoured and excited to be here.”

There is no doubt that Broja is a very exciting striker – but he is not good enough for CHELSEA and to be honest – this is a very good decision to make.
