Powerhouse releases Tweet suggesting he is moving after Arsenal transfer offer

Brighton star Moises Caicedo has issued a very enigmatic tweet suggesting he is leaving the club for a record fee amid interest from Arsenal .
According to The Times – the Gunners have made an offer of £50 million for the powerful midfielder – but have now been told that they must pay closer to £90 million if they wish to sign the Brighton star.
And amid the speculation – Caicedo has shocked Brighton and released a Tweet suggesting that he is on his way out of the club – Caicedo tweeted: “I am grateful to Mr. [Tony] Bloom and Brighton for giving me the chance to come to the Premier League and I feel I have always done my best for them. I always play football with a smile and with heart.
“I am the youngest of 10 siblings from a poor upbringing in Santa Domingo in Ecuador.
“My dream always to be the most decorated player in the history of Ecuador. I am proud to be able to bring in a record transfer fee for Brighton which would allow them to reinvest it and help the club continue to be successful.
“The fans have taken me into their hearts and they will always be in my heart so I hope they can understand why I want to take up this magnificent opportunity”
Brighton were deeply unimpressed with the Ecuadorian international’s social media post where he declared he wanted to leave, but the belief within the club is that he has been poorly advised by new representatives.
Part of that is their experience in such situations, notably with players like Marc Cucurella, Dale Stephens and Lewis Dunk, as well as the lack of a need to sell.

Caicedo is a player that is ready to make that next step in his career – play for one of the big clubs – but the money that is being talked about is crazy.
Arsenal should not pay so much for a man that still has alot to prove in the game and honestly if they do – it could be a massive mistake.
