£42M star flying to London to complete Arsenal move – fans already compose elite chant!
Riccardo Calafiori is on his way to London with his agents to finalise his deal with Arsenal.
The Italy international, who can play at either centre-half or left-back, is set to join ARSENAL imminently after a breakthrough in negotiations was made earlier thiss week.
The centre-back travelled with chairman and founder of WSA Agency Alessandro Lucci as well as CEO Alessio Ceccarelli, and The Italy international is then expected to travel to the US to link up with his new team-mates
The 22-year-old’s arrival could spell the end for two Arsenal players who are likely to slip even further down Mikel Arteta’s pecking order in the shape of Jakbub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Arsenal fans have already pulled out all the stops to bring Riccardo Calafiori to the Emirates after composing an elite chant before his transfer is even complete.
Arsenal supporters used the chorus of Dean Martin’s 1953 iconic hit ‘That’s Amore’, and it goes the tune of:
‘When he plays at the back, he will stop your attack. Calafiori.
‘[Repeat] Calafiori. He chose red over blue, plays for Mik and Edu. Calafiori’

Calafiori to ARSENAL has been talked about for weeks and now it seems that the Gunners fans are getting very excited about the signing of the Italian star in the next couple of days, maybe even hours.
He is a quality defender that will bring alot to the club – he will be a great signing for Arteta and will be alot better than some of the players that Arsenal already have in the side.
He had a great season last year at Bologna – so the future looks bright for the Italian star that is for sure.
