Ceballos opens up and OFFICIALLYY drops big transfer message to Arsenal fans

Arsenal’s on loan midfielder Dani Ceballos said he wants to return to parent club Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The Spanish ace starred in the Gunners’ FA Cup triumph last season which earned him a second loan move back to the Emirates, as Mikel Arteta was eager to keep hold of the deep-lying midfielder.

There has been talk that the Gunners may try and get a third loan deal at the end of the season wrapped up for Ceballos, if they cannot agree a fee with Madrid, and there was a feeling that he would be open to that idea.

However, when asked by press in Spain if a third loan spell was on the cards, Ceballos reiterated his aim to embed himself in the Madrid side, He told Spanish radio show El Laguero: “A third year on loan? No, my goal is to return to Real Madrid and be important at the best club in the world.

“I believe that one day I will come back and be able to return the affection that the fans showed me.

“For various reasons, I didn’t leave the club in the best manner.”

Look, If Arsenal do want to keep Ceballos on a permanent basis, then they have had long enough to decide whether he would be worth the money.

But if he wants to go back to Madrid and sit on the bench every week, then that is up to him. Arsenal fans will just feel that is worth a talent, Ceballos has been decent again this season for the club.

That will do nicely. Ceballos has been doing a job for us but is not top notch – as R.M. know. For next season we should be able to get someone better.
