Chairman OFFICIALLY tells Arsenal that £80 million attacker is available to sign ‘at the right price’

Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has warned the likes of Arsenal that a deal for Wilfred Zaha will only be done at the “right” price.

Over the past few seasons, Zaha has developed into one of the most deadly attackers in the Premier League and his performances over the past few seasons has led to alot of speculation about where he will be by the end of the summer

The highly-rated 28-year-old has made no secret of that fact that the time has come for him to make another high-profile move, and Palace can appreciate why Zaha wants out, but no discounts will be offered to those planning to put formal bids on the table.

Parish has told BBC Sport : “We understand his position.

“It’s no secret that he would like to challenge himself.

“But it has to be right for the football club. He understands that as well.

“If those two things collide then we will have to look at it. But right now, we are two days into the transfer window so it’s a bit early to talk about it.”

Look, Arsenal made a mistake a couple of transfer windows ago by not making a move to try and sign Zaha, but if they wants to add him to the squad, he will still cost alot of money.

He may not be a spring chicken, but he is proven in the Premier League and would be a player that fans would love to see on a weekly basis, especially as he adds pace, power and goals to that Palace squad.

But will Arsenal pay £80 million? we do not know
