CHELSEA have been making moves in the transfer window – but they have stayed away from signing top-quality players like Raphinha for a reason and we are sure that will not change over the next few months.
They have a long-term plan and although Raphinha is only 27-years of age – he may be too old for their future goals – which would be a shame as he is quality, as we have just said.
