Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea transfer news and gossip that we think you guys could have missed today –

Jamie Cumming has left Chelsea to join Oxford United on a permanent deal, and the player is very excited about the move

An official statement on the Blues website reads: “The 24-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan with U’s in League One, helping them to promotion to the Championship, and has now completed a permanent transfer to remain at the Kassam Stadium.

“Cumming, who joined the Blues at the age of eight, previously spent time on loan at Stevenage, Gillingham, and MK Dons. He was named Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year at the latter.

“Good luck for the future, Jamie!

Speaking to the club, he said: “I’m very excited to be back at Oxford United. It was a joy to be part of last season’s success and I want to achieve great things again.

“I’m coming back to a place where I feel comfortable and it’s a club that is ambitious and wants to go in the right direction. I learned a lot from my time here and I was desperate for this opportunity to step up and play in the Championship.

“I now need to prove to everyone here that I can play at this level and I’m very confident in doing that. This is a huge opportunity for me and for the club and I can’t wait to get started.”

This is a very good move for the 24-year old as he can now make his own way in the game and not worry about where his next loan move will be. CHELSEA have wished him the best and hopefully he can make a good career for himself.

Chelsea have reportedly completed the signing of Barcelona’s Marc Guiu in a deal worth £5m.

Recent reports claimed that the teenager rejected a new four-year contract from the Catalan club that was seemingly proposed after Barcelona became aware of Chelsea’s interest.

The club are said to have triggered his release clause and Fabrizio Romano claims that he completed his medical in London on Thursday night and he has agreed a deal until the summer of 2030.

We are sure that the lad is a great talent for the future and the fact that Barcelona wants to keep hold shows that they have great ambitions for the striker – so it is a shock to see that he could end up at Chelsea.

CHELSEA keep on signing these young players that have big futures in the game – they keep splashing the cash for stars that have done nothing in the game in hope they can be as good as Cole Palmer.

As we said – Guiu is a very talented lad that has a big future in the game – but with Enzo Maresca a man that needs to make a good start to life at the Blues – having no control over the players that are signed is a mistake – it is his squad and not the boards.

Guiu is another potential signing that is not ready – that will not make any sort of impact at the club and that will probably get sent out on loan numerous times before being forgotten about.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has given the green light on a move to Chelsea, according to Fabrizio Romano.

CHELSEA have already been busy this transfer window and have added Toby Adarabioy and Estevao Willian to the side – although the Brazilian will not be coming to Stamford Bridge until 2025 because he is only 17-years of age.

But the board are expected to keep on spending over the next few months – and have been linked with a move for alot of players over the past few months – but they have been linked with a move for Drewsbury Hall over the past few days.

Now it seems that he is keen on a move to the Blues after the 25-year-old informed Brighton of his decision to reject a switch to the Amex Stadium on Friday morning and is now keen on a move to the Blues, with personal terms not expected to be an issue.

Talks are ongoing between Chelsea and Leicester over striking a deal. Players are set be included, too, although that is understood to be in a seperate transaction

The players that CHELSEA have been linked too recently are not ready-made stars that could have an impact on the side – Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is a little more experienced but not really a statement signing from the Blues.

Enzo Maresca surely does not want the lad to make the move to Chelsea – he must have thought he would be able to sign some proven – Champions League players and not the ones that have been linked.

It looks like it could be another annoying summer for Chelsea fans – Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall would not make much of an impact at the club
