‘Upon reaching this special milestone in her career, Brown said: ‘I’ve always been a Chelsea fan since I was a little girl, so it’s an absolute dream to sign my first contract. It’s an amazing feeling.’

Head of women’s football Paul Green added: ‘Lola is a very bright prospect and we’re delighted that she has signed her first professional contract with the club at the age of 17.

KOUNDE FOR £60M

It has been claimed that new CHELSEA boss Enzo Maresca has told the club that he would like Jules Kounde signed from Barcelona, and the Blues are ready to pay £60 million in order to get a deal done.

Kounde is a player that Chelsea have been linked with ever since his days with Sevilla – but have never been able to convince the Frenchman that a move to the Premier League is one he needs to make.

However – Kounde’s future in Spain now looks uncertain as the Spaniards are going to sell a number of players in the coming transfer window in hope that they can freshen up the side after a disappointing campaign.

He has already attracted interest from several European giants including Paris Saint-Germain, Inter and Manchester United

And According to reports, this has angered Araujo, with the player now open to leaving the club , and acccording to Fichajes, the English club would be willing to pay £60 million to strengthen their defense with the services of the experienced defender, in a move that could shake up the next transfer market.

CHELSEA allowed Thiago Silva to leave the club and head back to Brazil – so they will need to sign a ready-made replacement for the world class act.

But Kounde is a man that they have wanted for some time and is a player that could be one of the best – he would be a brilliant signing.

However – despite all the speculation and all the rumours – we would be very surprised to see him actually depart the Spanish giants and fully expect him to stay as he has shown no real desire to want to depart the Camp Nou, or even play in the Premier League.

But – in the world of football anything could happen and the right offer could get him all signed up by CHELSEA, if they actually want the man.

ENZO MARESCA FEE SET

Chelsea have put a price tag of 100 million pounds (120 million euros) on the table to negotiate the transfer of Enzo Fernandez, according to the latest reports coming out of Spain.

Fernandez began the season as a key player under the CHELSEA boss, captaining the side as he started six of their opening seven games, but he was named among the subs in against Liverpool and Newcastle United however with his only starts in recent weeks coming in the Europa Conference League and Carabao Cup.

Since returning from a hamstring injury, Romeo Lavia has been part of that, partnering Moises Caicedo in midfield and there has been alot of transfer speculation in the media that he is one player the club may look to sell in the upcoming windows.

Chelsea have put a price tag of 100 million pounds (120 million euros) on the table to negotiate the transfer of Enzo Fernandez, According to Defensa Central, the English club has communicated its demand to the Spanish giants, which is looking to strengthen its midfield with a player capable of assuming the role of organiser in the exit of the ball.

Pundit Graeme Souness recently took aim at Chelsea and Fernandez, claiming that the midfielder will never live upto the hype – he told William Hill’s podcast, Three Up Front: “It’s still very early to pass any sort of judgement on CHELSEA.

‘With their current group of players, they have a chance of finishing in the top four, but they’re still some way off winning the Premier League or Champions League.

‘From the current squad, I think there’ll be an enormous wastage of players and a lot of them will never live up to the levels that people think they will. The most obvious one for me is someone who isn’t even in the team at the moment, Enzo Fernandez, on whom they spent £105 million.

‘They’ve bought a load of players who won’t reach the level they would’ve hoped.”
