Chelsea ANNOUNCE transfer deal – Blues GIVEN PERMISSION to sign striker – Brazilian signing ‘to go straight’ into Maresca squad
Here is a roundup of the top Chelsea news and gossip that we think you guys may have missed today –
Estevao Willian will go straight into Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea plans upon having his transfer from Palmeiras made official.
Chelsea have been in the headlines alot over the past few weeks as there has been constant speculation about the imminent arrival of the Brazilian Messi – labelled Messinho.
The Brazilian is regarded as one of the finest young talents in the game and Chelsea have been desperate to beat off the likes of Barcelona in order to get a deal done for the young forward, who cannot join the club until the summer of 2025.
CHELSEA are understood to have already agreed a deal for the 17-year-old but that fee will rise substantially if a number of easily attainable performance related targets are met.
The Brazilian wonderkid has completed his medical this week and the current plan is for him to be a Chelsea player immediately, as opposed to going out on loan, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano via his YouTube channel.
The Blues look set to pay an initial £29million but add-ons could see the deal rise to £51million
Palmeiras manager Abel Ferreira warned Chelsea to ‘leave us alone’ after confirming Estevao Willian’s move to Stamford Bridge: ‘Leave us alone,’ Ferreira said. ‘I hope Chelsea won’t sign any other player from us, I hope they will let us alone.
‘Please, give us a break.’

there is no doubt that Messinho is a talent for the future and a lad that can go along way in the game – but he is far too young to come to the Premier League with a club like CHELSEA.
He will probably get loaned out for the next few seasons when he officially makes it to London – but if he is given a chance to shine – he could be a great long-term investment for the Blues that is for sure.
But as we said – he will not be ready to make an impact at Chelsea for the next couple of seasons that is for sure.
CHELSEA FREE TO SIGN DURAN –
Chelsea have been given permission to discuss personal terms with Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran,
Chelsea had expressed an interest in signing Duran in the January transfer window, but failed to get a transfer deal done as Aston Villa had no intention of letting the star leave half way through a very exciting season.
However – CHELSEA are in the market for a new striker this summer and according to Colombia’s Guillermo Arango, the club have now reached an agreement with Villa over a £42m transfer fee.
Now – according to The Telegraph. It’s said a deal between the two clubs is broadly agreed, with Chelsea facing a few hurdles before completing a £40m move.
Speaking last month, Duran’s agent Jonathan Herrera, suggested that the striker was unhappy with his lack of playing time at Villa.
‘He is a player who has a contract with Aston Villa, he ended up doing very well and the coach is counting on him, it is a club that, having got into the Champions League is a great opportunity, but we know he wants to play, he wants to go out and play, we are going to see,’ Herrera told El VBar Caracol.
‘Now the market is opening up, the club is looking at some options and so are we.’

We are sure that Duran is a very good striker and could develop into an even better one – but at the end of the day – he is no better than Nicolas Jackson – he is no better than Christopher Nkunku – it could be a waste of money.
CHELSEA needs to sign a striker that can bang in 20-30 or even 40 goals a season – we cannot see Duran doing that even in the best of Premier League sides – he cant even get the game time he wants at Villa.
Chelsea fans will surely be hoping this is not true.
CHELSEA ANNOUNCE SHERMAN-LOWE DEAL –
Teddy Sharman-Lowe will spend the upcoming season on loan at Doncaster Rovers after Chelsea confirmed the summer move.
The young goalkeeper, who recently signed a new deal to extend his Chelsea stay, will team up with Grant McCann’s side as they look to push for promotion from League Two.
CHELSEA posted on the club website: ‘Rovers finished fifth last season before ending their campaign with defeat to Crewe Alexandra in the League Two play-offs.
‘Sharman-Lowe spent time on loan with Bromley in the National League last season before returning to Chelsea in January.
Good luck in Yorkshire, Teddy!’

Sherman-Lowe only agreed a new contract at Chelsea last season – they have big plans for the lad to one day break into that first team and challenge for that number one spit.
But for now, sending him out on loan to get some much needed game-time should help his development over the next 12 months. Doncaster are a decent side.
However – some fans may feel that keeping him at the Bridge and working with some of the very best coaches in the game would help his development more – especially with the league that Doncaster play in.
But at the end of the day – the lad is happy, CHELSEA are happy and Doncaster are happy – so fans will be hoping that this move will do the lad the world of good and he will come back in 23 months time a much better player.
But we are sure that this wont be the last deal we hear that a talent has been loaned out – the Blues have so many talents that will also want to get some game time elsewhere.
