Frank Lampard has opened the door to a possible move for PSG star Kylian Mbappe.

Chelsea are one of the biggest side sides in the game right now and are looking for an immediate replacement for the departed Eden Hazard, who was their only superstar and the man that led them to many wins and trophies during his seven year stint at the club.

But there has been some rumours in the media that owner Roman Abramovic may try and make a move for the Frenchman, as Frank Lampard needs to add some big superstar players to his side in order to get the side back into the habit of winning trophies.

And amid speculation that Mbappe has told PSG that he does not want to sign a new deal, Lampard has opened the door to a possible deal.

Fresh reports have claimed that Chelsea are keeping an eye on PSG star Neymar.

Now that Chelsea are once again able to delve into their transfer kitty and sign a few players, that has opened the door for a whole host of transfer speculation about whom the Blues will sign in the January window, or at the end of the season.

Neymar was linked with a whole host of big clubs during the summer transfer window as he sought to leave the French giants and get back challenging at the top of the game, but PSG were not willing to sell their star man and in the end he was forced to stay in Ligue 1 for at least another year.

But according to according to Le Parisien, the Ligue 1 giants would look to recoup some of the £200m they paid Barcelona for the Brazilian and will look to offload the superstar, in hope they can keep Kylian Mbappe.

Mbappe is one of the best players in the game already, despite being one of the youngest, and PSG see him as the future of the club and are keen to offer him a new deal in order to stave off interest from the likes of Real Madrid.

And with Chelsea boss Frank Lampard looking to spend some serious money in order to add some big time players to the side, speculation has once linked the Blues with a move for the Brazilian, especially as Lampard wants to fill the void left by former star Eden Hazard.

Brazilian legend Rivaldo recently had his say and told the gifted attacker that he needs to leave PSG to finally fulfil his clear potential, HE SAID: “I believe a lot in Neymar. But I think he has to leave [PSG]. That’s why he wanted to leave at this transfer window at any cost, PSG is a great club but not one for the level of Neymar

“I think that, at a world stage, everybody talks only about Barcelona, Real Madrid and some other big clubs from England, some from Germany.

“He has to go to a club that has more history at Champions [League]. Of course, if he wins the Champions [League] and can be a world champion, it will be much easier to become the best player in the world.”
