Chelsea ‘CLOSELY’ keeping an eye on striker – £70M move to be made in January?
Benjamin Sesko could again be a popular name in this upcoming transfer window, as constant reports in the media suggest that CHELSEA will look to sign a striker when the transfer window opens up in just a few days time.
So many names were linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the summer, including the impressive Sesko, but in the end, Enzo Maresca made the decision to not sign a proven striker and keep what he had.
Nicolas Jackson has started the new season in fine fashion but has struggled for consistency, while there have been alot of rumours that Christopher Nkunku may be open to leaving Chelsea in the January window.
The Slovenian international signed a new contract with RB Leipzig in the summer and has already begun the season very well. 11 goals and three assists this season, including three in the first two Champions League matches against Juventus and Atletico Madrid is an excellent start.
However – despite that new contract being signed by the big striker – there has been some reports in the media which have now claimed that he could be available to sign in the next transfer window as Arsenal look to sign a new striker.
But according to Fabrizio Romano, a move is much more likely to happen at the end of the season: “There are really many, many clubs keen on Sesko. It could be more than five clubs,” said transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
“But it’s not a topic for January, the Sesko case will be open again for the summer and that’s when the real suitors can emerge with concrete talks. At this stage, nothing is advanced with any club yet.”

Sesko is a brilliantly gifted striker that would be a great buy for Chelsea, it is that simple. If Maresca wants the player, we are sure that the board will give the money in order to sign the young man.
If CHELSEA get a striker in January, it will be interesting to see who they buy, but we are sure it will not be Sesko
