Italian has spoken about future with Chelsea looking to make big move!
Roberto Di Zerbi has already hinted that he is ready to make a move to a big club amid talk that Chelsea are keen on a deal.
The CHELSEA FC boss has come under pressure on numerous occasions during his first campaign at the club with Chelsea still lingering in mid-table despite Pochettino finding success in cup competition.
The Blues are still in with a chance of winning that FA Cup and if they manage to somehow win that, it is entirely possible that Pochettino is not the man in charge to lead that charge with Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali set to make a decision on his future this summer.
That has led to alot of speculation in the media about who could be the next boss at the club – with De Zerbi a man that has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Italian has done a wonderful job at Brighton and turned them into one of the most attractive sides to watch in the Premier League – with his managerial skills also attracting Bayern Munich and Liverpool
The former Shakhtar Donetsk and Sassuolo boss, but he’s already made his feelings on a potential switch. In December, De Zerbi admitted he was keeping his options open when asked whether he plans to sign a new deal.
The Italian is under contract at the Amex Stadium until 2026. He said: “We are speaking about the new contract but at the moment we are only speaking. At the end we have to analyse the target.
“If the targets are the same as the club’s, it’s an honour for me to work in Brighton. I don’t try to reach the higher level. It’s important for me to fix an important target.”
