Chelsea ‘Determined’ to wrap up summer signing after Massive £47M Offer
Chelsea are so determined to land one of their top transfer targets that they have now gone back in with another offer.
CHELSEA have been splashing the cash over the past few transfer windows and adding young players to the side that they hope will develop in the coming seasons and make an impact on the first team.
They have one of the best academies in world football – and there has been quite a few players that have come through the system at Stamford Bridge and broken into the first team.
However – it seems that the Blues board are looking to raid Brazil once again for one of the country’s most exciting talents as they have reportedly opened talks to sign up Messinho – a player that they have been chasing for the last couple of years.
The Blues have had two offers rejected for the highly talented winger, but they have now returned with a third offer of £47 million for the teenager in hope that they can convince Palmeiras to let go of their prized possession.

We have aid this before and we will say this again – Messinho is a real talent and one for the future – but he is another Brazilian sensation that does not need to make the move to the Premier League – he does not need to leave his country just yet.
CHELSEA should splash that money on players that is already established in the game and ready to help the Blues get challenging for Trophies. This will be a waste of money for a lad that they cant even bring to the club until he is 18.
