Chelsea favourites for the signing of Brilliant Bundesliga star after latest decision

Bayern Munich and CHELSEA have reportedly got a shot in the arm in their pursuit of Jonathan Tah as he has refused to sign an extension with Bayer Leverkusen.

Everybody doubted that Thiago Silva would be able to compete at the level he has over the past 15 years because of his age – and many believed he could not handle the Premier League.

However – that was not the case and he was one of the best central defenders in the Premier League – and a real leader for the Blues ever since he arrived at the club, but his decision to leave the club at the start of the summer window has meant that the club have been lacking a leader at the back.

Despite all the talent that Chelsea have in that squad, they are lacking leaders in key areas of the pitch, which is something that Enzo Maresca is reportedly keen ti imrpove on as he looks to continue taking the club forwatd.

Now – According to Caughtoffside, Chelsea are now leading the chase to sign the German star, with his current deal running out in 2025 and the defender is ready to see out his contract and leave for free if Leverkusen do not sanction a sale in this transfer window.

The future looks bright for CHELSEA, but the youngsters still have alot of months left to learn from one of the best central defenders the game has ever seen, and a man that is a real leader.

Tah is definitely a very good defender that has all the ability to be able to handle the pressures of the Premier League, so if the Blues are able to beat off the likes of Bayern Munich for the star – he would be a great addition to that back-line that is for sure.
