Brighton have made reportedly made striker and long-term CHELSEA transfer target Evan Ferguson available for loan in January, according to The Telegraph.

During the summer transfer window, there was alot of transfer speculation that Chelsea could make a move to try and acquire the services of Ferguson, who is rated as one of the best young forwards in the Premier League.

There was talk that a £150 million valuation was set on the young mans shoulders, but in the end, the option to stay at Brighton was took as clubs did not want to pay silly money in order to get the young man all signed up.

Now The Telegraph report that Brighton have made the decision to allow Ferguson to depart the club until the end of the season in order to get some first team minutes, and would like the star to stay in the Premier League

Danny Welbeck, Joao Pedro and Georginio Rutter are all ahead of him in the German’s thinking.

Look, all the transfer talk that suggested Ferguson is going to the very top has clearly got into his head, he has been unable to make the kind of impact this season that he would have liked.

A move away from the club in January would certainly improve his game time, but he needs to make the right career choices as he could be a quality Premier League striker.

He certainly does not want to spend the next few seasons out on loan and needs to make a permanent move away from the club if he does not get the game time he wants, it will not change unless he is scoring 20 goals a season.

CHELSEA may be interesting in the lad, but if he does make the move to Stamford Bridge, he would struggle for more game time there than he is at Brighton.
